Is the HomeGPT app free?
Yes. Generating designs in the app is free, there is no subscription or in-app purchase, and you do not need an account to start. Signing in is only needed if you want your designs saved to a gallery.
Is there an iPhone or iPad version?
Yes. HomeGPT is available for iPhone and iPad from the App Store, and for Android from Google Play. The full HomeGPT website also works in Safari and other modern mobile browsers.
Does the app do interior rooms?
No. HomeGPT covers home exteriors, curb appeal, yards, patios, decks and gardens. Interior room design is handled by our sister site RoomsGPT so each product can stay focused.
Do my designs sync with the website?
Yes, when you are signed in. The app and the website use the same account and the same gallery, so a design saved on your phone shows up on the web and the other way round.
What happens to the photo I upload?
It is sent to the image-generation service to produce the design you asked for. If you are signed in and save a design, your photo and the result are stored in your gallery until you delete them. See the privacy policy for the full detail.
